A year of inspiration

So since I consider September to be my "New Year" resolutions month, I have made some decisions about the year that is coming. I really want to change some things and most of all I want to live a little. So one of the changes I'm gonna make is becoming better at my new passion which is graphic design and photography. Its really sad that you find your true calling so late but the least you can do is put as much effort into becoming better at it as you can. Next thing is trying new things. I realized that you learn the most about yourself when you are faced with a new challenge and that is why i want to try as many new things as possible! Find a new passion, do something I've been afraid to do for a long time, say YES to more things and most of all, meet new people! You learn so much from new friends and they introduce you to so many new experiences and opportunities.

One of the most important things in my year of inspiration has to be traveling. I am so passionate about traveling but in connection to my anxiety problems find it hard sometimes. The amount of phicological preparation it takes me to get on a plane is insane! But I have some must have destinations i have to visit in the next year:
-Rome: even though I've been before and didn't like it, I want to go again and view it with different eyes.
-London: I've been like 8times but it's absolutely my favorite European city and I'm so in love with it that I'm seriously thinking about moving there.
-Milan: Fashion, fashion, fashion!!
-Bali and Gili: My boyfriends parents are thinking about moving there and Bali has been a must-have destination of mine for so long so it would be kind of stupid of me not to go :)
- Sweden or Norway: I've never been so that just seems reason enough :)


And the last thing i want to achieve is stop being afraid. Get over my anxiety and depression and realize that my life is in my hands. Even if you believe you're not on the right path, its in your hands or should I say feet :) to change that path. Although I talk a good talk, in reality I'm still not aware of this so it would be just super duper if I coud become aware of this im ny year of inspiration :)

So thats about it. Of course I want to continue to write my blog, gain more readers and maybe, just maybe inspire someone.

Take time to relax...

Vacation with my girls in the beautiful Croatian city of Vodice <3 Friends, sun, party, sea, summer and relaxation...

Sleeping in wine barrels :)

So I went on a little getaway with my boyfriend at the beginning of the week. We decided to get a package that included 2 nights in wine barrels, 3 days of swimming in their lovely pools and massage for 2. It was amazing!!! The wine barrels were absolutely adorable, places under the trees which meant that they were cool inside and not the pit of hell as I imagined them to be :) 3 days went by as if we were there for only 2 hours so I can't wait for my next vacay ;)

Budapest in Autumne

So I went to Budapest, Hungary this past fall but I managed to lose the photos and I only found them now :) So here are some photo memories of the trip which was filled with fog (and I'm talking about the kind of fog that make it impossible to see you own feet!!), new places, a beautiful lake, a town where nothing but the McDonald's was open and a TV the size of my palm :) But still, with good company and just the fact that you are going somewhere where you haven't been before, any road trip is amazing!

* Yesterdays Style Inspiration*

 

So I decided to be Beetlejuice yesterday :) A very simple style, where the main feature are B&W striped pants. I believe that the best way to style them is with a plain black shirt, some red lips and a cat eye. For jewelery I chose a silver necklace but I think that a gold one would be great as well!

* Primark Jewellery Haul*

Ok so I went a little "loco" in Primark. Me and 4 friends got in a car at 6 in the morning on a Saturday and drove 4HOURS!!! to get to the Vienna Primark. Never mind the fact that this Primark is about 30km out of Vienna and that we got lost in a small village thanks to our lovely friend Mr. Garmin <3 But we finally got there and it was worth every kilometer of the way!


So this is the jewellery I bought:

 So I bought this 3pack that included a cross, the Hamsa sign and a leaf. The Hamsa is an ancient Middle Eastern amulet symbolizing the Hand of God. In all faiths it is a protective sign. It brings it's owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune. I first thought that this was 1 necklace in 3 layers but there were actually 3 for 3 € which is a real bargain! I will probably wear this with a simple t-shirt or v-neck and jeans since it's really simple and not meant to stand out.

 The next thing I bought was this mustache necklace just because it was soooo cute and it was only 3 €. The thing that bothers me a little is the short chain since the necklace only comes down to the beginning of your collar bone. I would wear this with some baggy, chic black pants and a simple tight shirt and probably accessorize with a hat and some gold bracelets.

I bought this long necklace because it really looks chic and different. It was 5 € and it's a really easy way to make an ordinary shirt pop out!

 Another necklace, very easy to wear since it's just plain silver. Again it was only 5 € so I can't complain :)

The last piece of jewelry I bought was this turquoise-green necklace which I bought because it went really well with a dress I bought (and which will be featured in my Primark clothes haul): And it was.... Yes only 5€ :) I love Primark <3

The Queen B absolutely amazing!! have so much love for her, her voice and the fact that her dancers were amazing! Loved their bootylicious bodies she is so talented and she really gives you the feeling that you have so much more to accomplish in live! I absolutely loved the videos that were playing during the concert because they really made you proud to be an independent, strong and beautiful woman who is not afraid to use her sexuality in certain occasions
